The Forwarding Service Web report, above and on the next page, offers the ability to view statistics on requests that were forwarded by the libraries' Web server as part of Web Access Management (WAM). WAM allows patrons to access databases subscribed to by the library. This report lists the number of requests forwarded to a remote server. Each request is generated when a patron accesses a proxied resource (such as the search screen for an online database).  A single HTML page can result in multiple requests for images, HTML, scripts, applications, etc. So the numbers here are fuzzy at best.  BPL's only proxies for outside the library. So in-library use for BPL is not included here.
