Red Clay Ramblers

Now in their 31st year, the Tony Award-winning Red Clay Ramblers are a North Carolina string band whose repertoire ranges from old-time mountain music to Dixieland, bluegrass, gospel and “sultry, finger-popping, hoochie-coo.” They have played on four continents and have appeared on NBC’s Tonight Show and “A Prairie Home Companion” with Garrison Keillor. “They romped and rocked, and swayed and soared.”

Hot Club of San Francisco
March 12-13, Friday-Saturday, 8 p.m.
Music that simmers and sizzles. This all-string ensemble celebrates the music of the pioneering Hot Club de France and the small, smoky jazz clubs of Paris popular in the 1930s. The Hot Club’s innovative spin on jazz classics and original compositions has garnered them rave reviews at jazz festivals from Mexico to France to Iceland.

An Evening of Flamenco with Marija Temo and Guest Dancers
April 16-17, Friday-Saturday, 8 p.m.
Considered one of the most powerful flamenco artists in North America today, Marija Temo is a brilliant Flamenco guitarist, singer, dancer and conductor. Appearing with her will be dancers Ulrika Frank and Martha SidAhmed of Atlanta, and Julia Quijano and Janet Rooney of Birmingham. Fiery, passionate music and dance.
